COB denials are difficult to resolve due to a lack of cooperation with patients, guarantors and/or patient attorneys.

We will confirm insurance information and current account statuses with appropriate insurance carriers and will work with the insurance carriers to resolve COB issues, as well as any other insurance issues which may arise during the insurance billing process. Our representatives will work diligently with patients and their attorneys to obtain any necessary billing information and will follow-up on claims until payment is received.
